Please telephone for any results after 2.00pm Monday to Friday when the doctors have seen the test results for that day and when staff have more time to help. You will also find that the telephone lines are less busy at that time.

Most blood test results are available within 72 hours although some can take up to two weeks. X-ray results may take two to three weeks.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
