Are You a Carer?
If you are please let us know so we can add you to our practice carers register. Susan Read is our Care Coordinator at the practice and she is aware of local services that may be able to assist when either you, or the person you help to look after needs additional support or assistance. Please do get in touch with Susan Read if you require support or advice she can be contacted 01444 412280.
